FSPA Affiliation	I started this group because I observed there was a gap between the professional psychology and fire service communities. There was no professional vehicle to develop cultural competency in fire service psychology. The fire service has had little exposure to the value of professional psychology through the domains of assessment, intervention, operations, and consultation.
